Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your IGCSEMate account and all associated data at any time.
If you're signed in
- Open Settings in the app
- Scroll to Delete account
- Confirm the request: this opens an email to our support team with your details pre-filled
If you can't sign in
Email support@coregenai.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. Include your name and the email you signed up with so we can locate your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email, and display name
- Chat history, quiz attempts, and flashcard progress
- Study activity, streaks, and dashboard data
- Subscription and referral records tied to your account
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email once it's done. Billing records required for legal/tax purposes may be retained separately by our payment processor (Stripe) per their own retention requirements.
